Bear Mountain Love and Hate #3: Sat, 12 Apr 2014 08:59:42

What I love: Perfect temperature perfect running crews
What I hate: I hate that I can not do this everyday.

This was the 3rd week in a row for me to run at the lovely Bear Mountain. This time we ran on the South-West of the Anthony Wayne parking lot, down to Lake Tiorati and came back up as a full loop 20 mile-ish.

The temperature was pretty warm, the Sun was up, the trail was as perfect as we could get and on the top of those, I ran with these 2 bad ass lovely ladies. Almost exactly a year ago, we were trying to attempt the same route, but we were not able to continue since all of us out of water. So this time we came in prepare, I brought my water filter, and each of us were carrying over  a litre of water. And at the tip of Lake Tiorati, we found a private camp/cabin, and it had a docking area for swimming and rafting. It was so beautiful there that made us just want to hang out and do sun bathing and swimming.
This was probably one of my best run I ever got in Bear Mountain. I ran in a pretty good pace and took it easy, not killing myself on the uphill. I did not fall or trip myself, and I feel great on the whole run.
