What I love: Perfect temperature perfect running crews
What I hate: I hate that I can not do this everyday.
This was the 3rd week in a row for me to run at the lovely Bear Mountain. This time we ran on the South-West of the Anthony Wayne parking lot, down to Lake Tiorati and came back up as a full loop 20 mile-ish.
Despite sore and jelly legs, I went up with Joe Delano to Blue Mountain and see what does it offer. It s a pretty small park with a few decent incline yet not really technical, but it is not well marked. I was lucky that I had the feeling to bring my Trail GPS, and it became pretty helpful to find the real track instead of bushwhacking/trail running. In summary, it was a good run. Perfect weather, entertaining trail, a bad ass running partner, and happy legs.
