After my Manitou’s Revenge race, I took a week of from running. I just wanted to have a clean slate before my second season of race and training begin. Then exactly after a week, I got a weird sickness that made me stay in bed for 3 days. So this run was an easy run and I told Chang that I wouldn’t be pushing hard, would be on the easy side. And indeed we were.
I also got a chance to meet a celebrity from Hong Kong, Joel. He was a Vibram ambassador, and a well know social media enthusiast
